FAQs
1. What is coaching?
Coaching is a professional partnership that helps you identify goals, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change. It is future-focused, action-oriented, and grounded in collaboration—not therapy, advice-giving, or consulting.
2. What can I expect during a coaching session?
Sessions typically last 45–50 minutes and focus on a goal or topic of your choice. I’ll ask powerful questions, help you reflect, and guide you toward clarity and action. You will leave each session with insights and next steps.
3. How often are coaching sessions held?
Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly. Frequency can be adjusted based on your preferences, goals, and availability.
4. What topics can I bring to coaching?
You can bring anything that's important to you, including:
- Personal development
- Career growth or transition
- Confidence and mindset
- Work-life balance
- Goal setting and accountability
- Life purpose and values
5. Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in coaching is private and confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others). Confidentiality is outlined in the coaching agreement.
6. What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching focuses on goals, mindset, and action plans for the future. Therapy addresses mental health, trauma, or emotional healing. If you're unsure which is best for you, we can discuss it together.
7. What platform do we use for sessions?
Sessions are held via CoachVantage. You’ll also need a device with internet, a webcam, and a quiet space.
8. How do I pay for coaching sessions?
Payment is due prior to each session or according to the package plan. Accepted methods include:
- Debit Card or Credit Card
Let me know if you need a payment receipt for your records.
9. Do you offer packages or single sessions?
Yes. You can book individual sessions or choose from coaching packages for greater support and value. Details and pricing are shared during the discovery call.
10. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited or billed, depending on your coaching agreement.
11. How should I prepare for each session?
- Find a quiet, private space
- Have a journal or notes handy
- Reflect on what’s been happening since our last session

12. What is expected of me as a client?
